Overview
- The State Emergency Service issued a yellow-level warning for significant rainfall in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Kharkiv regions on Tuesday.
- The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts rain nationwide, with light showers in the west, moderate rain across most areas and heavier totals in the six named oblasts.
- Temperatures are expected at 5–10°C overnight, 1–6°C in the west, and 7–12°C by day with 11–16°C in the south and east.
- Localized fog is possible overnight and in the morning in western regions and on the Left Bank, with variable winds of 3–8 m/s.
