Noh credited her improved putting performance to a switch to a broomstick putter in 2023, which helped rebuild her confidence on the greens.
Jin Young Ko, a 15-time LPGA winner, finished second at 17-under, while Megan Khang secured third place at 16-under after a strong closing round.
