Yankees Catcher Jose Trevino Heads to Injured List, Ben Rortvedt Called Up

Yankees catcher Jose Trevino has been placed on the injured list with a left hamstring strain.
Ben Rortvedt has been called up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to take Trevino's place.
Trevino's injury could keep him out until May 28th.
Kyle Higashioka and Rortvedt will handle the catching load in Trevino's absence.
Rortvedt, who has had multiple injuries, is expected to make his Yankees debut soon.
