XPeng Raises 2025 Hiring Target to 8,000 and Sets 30,000-Employee Goal

  • CEO He Xiaopeng announced the 8,000-hire goal at an internal event, boosting the recruiting plan by one-third over its initial 6,000 target.
  • Under its new 2026 campus recruitment and Explorer programs, XPeng is seeking graduates with expertise in AI, Vision-Language-Action models and robotics.
