Xiaomi 15 Ultra Leak Suggests 16GB RAM and Advanced Camera Features

The flagship phone is expected to debut in China next month, with a global launch potentially tied to MWC 2025.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is rumored to feature 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage, competing with other premium smartphones like the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Pixel 9 Pro.
The device is expected to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising enhanced performance and multitasking capabilities.
A triple rear camera setup is anticipated, including a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens and a 1-inch main sensor for advanced photography options.
Other expected features include a 2K quad-curved display, 90W wired charging, satellite connectivity, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
The phone is tipped for a February release in China, with a global launch likely during the Mobile World Congress 2025 event in March.
