Xfinity Live! To Be Renamed Stateside Live! This Fall, Tied to $20 Million Upgrade

The naming-rights pact aligns a homegrown Kensington distiller with South Philly’s busiest fan hub.

Overview

  • Stateside Brands and Live! Hospitality & Entertainment announced that the venue will adopt the Stateside Live! name this fall.
  • The partnership coincides with a $20 million expansion adding multiple new bars, an outdoor beer garden, a concert stage, turf areas, a multi-story pavilion with a VIP rooftop bar, and public art.
  • Construction is expected to finish in early 2026 in time for Philadelphia’s FIFA World Cup matches and the MLB All-Star Game, and the venue remains open during the work.
  • The change follows last week’s rebranding of the Wells Fargo Center to Xfinity Mobile Arena as the South Philadelphia sports complex undergoes a broader refresh.
  • Stateside, launched in 2015 in Kensington and known for Stateside Vodka and Surfside cocktails, cites rapid growth and deep ties to Philly sports in explaining the deal.
