Overview

  • The Stream Your Own Game feature now lets Game Pass Ultimate subscribers stream their personal Xbox game library, including console exclusives, to PCs via the Xbox PC app.
  • This PC rollout follows the feature’s beta debut on Xbox consoles in November 2024 and its expansion to smart TVs and handheld devices earlier this year under Project Lapland.
  • Streaming runs through Xbox Cloud Gaming, requires a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and is limited to the 28 supported countries where the service is available.
  • Xbox Insiders can currently choose from more than 250 titles to stream on PC, including popular console exclusives such as Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3.
  • The update also merges purchased games and Game Pass titles into a unified library, syncs play sessions across devices for seamless resumption and tracks Microsoft Rewards progress directly in the app.
