Xbox Game Pass Adds Eight New Games in January 2024

Notable additions include the Resident Evil 2 remake and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, while Grand Theft Auto V and four other games are set to leave the service.

Xbox Game Pass is set to receive eight new games in the first half of January 2024, including the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 2 remake and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
The first game to be added in January is Close to the Sun, available on Cloud, Console, and PC from January 3rd.
Other games being added include Hell Let Loose, Figment, Super Mega Baseball 4, We Happy Few, and Those Who Remain.
Grand Theft Auto V will be the first game to leave the service in 2024, departing on January 5th, followed by Garden Story, MotoGP 22, Persona 3 Portable, and Persona 4 Golden on January 15th.
Three games, Dead by Daylight, Hello Neighbor 2, and Sea of Thieves, are also receiving DLC updates.
