Xbox Game Pass Adds Day One Titles and Major Releases for April 2025

Microsoft confirms the first wave of April additions, including South of Midnight, Commandos: Origins, and Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, while several games are set to leave the service mid-month.

South of Midnight, a highly anticipated Day One release, launches on April 8 for Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S via Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Commandos: Origins and Blue Prince, also Day One releases, arrive on April 9 and April 10 respectively, available through Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, featuring all DLC and add-ons, is now available on Game Pass across Cloud, Console, and PC.
Diablo III: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition joins the library on April 8, accessible through multiple Game Pass tiers.
Several games, including Harold Halibut and Orcs Must Die! 3, will leave the Xbox Game Pass library on April 15, with discounts offered for members who wish to purchase them.
