Xbox Cloud Gaming Introduces Mouse and Keyboard Support
After years of anticipation, Microsoft rolls out mouse and keyboard support for select Xbox Cloud Gaming titles, initially available to Xbox Insider members.
- Microsoft has begun the rollout of mouse and keyboard support for Xbox Cloud Gaming, starting with Xbox Insider members on the Alpha Skip-Ahead ring.
- The feature is currently available for testing on Edge and Chrome browsers, or via the Xbox app on Windows PCs, with a focus on improving accessibility and gameplay experience.
- Supported titles include Fortnite, ARK Survival Evolved, and Halo Infinite among others, with known issues in gamepad and mouse/keyboard switching reported for Atomic Heart.
- Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can access the new feature, with Fortnite being available for free play via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
- Microsoft plans to broaden the availability of mouse and keyboard support and has also announced new Game Pass additions, including Diablo 4 and F1 23.
