• Alerts on Downdetector began around 12:00 Brasília time, peaked near 12:15–12:20, and started to decline after about 13:10.
• In the United States, outage reports topped 68,000 around the peak, while Brazil logged more than 6,000.
• Brazilian tracking cited a local peak of roughly 7,586 reports, with issues also flagged in the U.K., India, Argentina, Canada, France, Australia and Portugal.
