- X announced the Cashtag Partner Program with Coinbase, Gemini, Kraken, Interactive Brokers, and Moomoo as its initial participants.
- Supported cashtags now show a Trade option that opens an asset page with live charts and conversation and then directs users to a chosen partner to sign in or register and finish the transaction.
- X will not execute trades itself under the program and each partner handles order execution, customer onboarding, identity checks, and which assets are available to each user.
