She faces seven charges, including three counts of felony grand larceny, driving without a license, and destruction of property with intent.
The Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene confirmed the theft and has launched a crowdfunding campaign to replace the totaled vehicle.
This marks Kelley's third arrest in 2024, following incidents in Alabama and Georgia earlier this year involving indecent exposure, solicitation, and fleeing law enforcement.
Kelley, who has a history of drug-related and criminal offenses, is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 2, 2025.
