Overview

  • The 305-metre main tower has reached the 70th floor, with roof-deck works underway and topping-out expected by late November 2025.
  • Façade installation stands at 73 percent, with 19,206 of 26,247 panels in place, and low-rise concrete and steel works are 97 percent complete.
  • Structural work is finished for 1,526 of 1,530 accommodations, and interior fit-out has begun in about 1,504 units, roughly 98 percent of the inventory.
  • Wynn says the integrated resort remains on schedule for a spring 2027 public opening in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • New programming details include Coral Court, a 7,700-square-metre events centre, plus 22 dining and nightlife venues featuring an Alain Ducasse steakhouse and Delilah, alongside extensive beach, marina, retail and spa amenities.
