Overview
- ESPN becomes the exclusive U.S. home for WWE Premium Live Events on Sept. 20, with access for ESPN DTC subscribers on the unlimited plan and select simulcasts on linear channels.
- Wrestlepalooza will originate from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis at 7 p.m. ET, headlined by John Cena and featuring Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre; WWE says it will be Cena’s last match in the city.
- Peacock’s final WWE PLE is Clash in Paris on Aug. 31, and Peacock will retain new WWE programming including an exclusive Saturday Night’s Main Event run that features Cena’s retirement match on Nov. 13.
- Additional 2025 PLEs moving to ESPN include Crown Jewel on Oct. 11 and Survivor Series on Nov. 29, while THR reports NXT PLEs will continue to stream on Peacock for now.
- The Sept. 20 date directly opposes AEW’s All Out, and early reports note uncertainty over bundled access to ESPN’s service for pay‑TV customers, with DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV, Charter, FuboTV and Verizon cited as included and Comcast, YouTube TV and Dish not included initially.
