- Mayor Michelle Wu is spending several days in Nova Scotia to personally receive Boston’s annual Christmas tree, becoming the first Boston mayor to attend the cutting.
- This year’s tree is a 45-foot white spruce from Lunenburg County that is scheduled to be cut on Wednesday and unveiled on Boston Common on Nov. 18.
