Wrong-way driver causes deadly bus collision in Chicago; 1 dead and at least 15 injured

A car driving southbound in northbound lanes crashed into an oncoming bus in Chicago.
One passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the hospital, the driver and another passenger are in critical condition.
The bus driver and 12 passengers were taken to hospitals with unknown injuries, 7 others refused medical treatment.
The car caught fire as a result of the crash.
Emergency responders provided medical treatment and extinguished the vehicle fire.
