Wrigley Field to Host Big Ten Hockey Series Following NHL Winter Classic

The iconic ballpark will feature four college hockey games, including a rematch of recent women's NCAA championship finals.

The event, named 'The Frozen Confines: Big Ten Hockey Series,' will take place on January 3-4, 2025.
Ohio State and Michigan men's teams will face off on January 3, while Ohio State and Wisconsin women's teams play on January 4.
This is the first outdoor game at a baseball stadium for both Wisconsin hockey programs.
The series follows the NHL Winter Classic between the Chicago Blackhawks and St. Louis Blues on December 31.
Tickets for the college games go on sale August 30, available through the MLB Ballpark app.
