Overview

• Miles Cross, 33, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates' Court on 16 October and did not enter pleas as the case was sent to crown court for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
• The charges allege he provided a chemical via an online forum on 9 August, 22 August, 26 August and 13 September last year in Wrexham.
• One count relates to 26-year-old Shubhreet Singh, who later died in West Yorkshire, while three other alleged recipients survived and cannot be identified due to a reporting restriction.

• The CPS Special Crime Division says the prosecution follows a North Wales Police investigation into sales through an online forum, and the Wakefield coroner has suspended Singh’s inquest pending the criminal proceedings.
