Overview
- World of Warcraft: Forever launches on PC on Wednesday, Nov. 4 and is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription.
- In a final prelaunch patch Blizzard raised damage for every class and increased high‑level creature health to give designers headroom for new content.
- Gamepad (Alpha) is available at launch, can be enabled from the main menu, maps on‑screen prompts to controller buttons, cycles action sets with triggers and bumpers, and offers a ping wheel for simple party commands.
- The launch brings the Skyborne race, three new zones, more than 1,000 quests, nine dungeons and two raids, with Skyborne access sold through paid bundle options.
- Blizzard will wipe beta characters at launch, monitor live player data to guide balance decisions, and plan a larger tuning pass after players reach endgame in December.
