- The test runs on 26–27 November at Circuito de Jerez and includes a larger share of the 2026 grid with first on-bike looks for Somkiat Chantra and Jake Dixon.
- Bimota by Kawasaki will have test rider Xavi Fores handle Day 1 before Alex Lowes and Axel Bassani ride Day 2 to manage the 10-day rider testing cap.
- Honda fields newcomers Chantra and Dixon and appoints Tetsuta Nagashima as test rider for Jerez, while announced tester Jonathan Rea will not participate.
- Yamaha continues its Jerez program with Andrea Locatelli, Xavi Vierge, Remy Gardner and Stefano Manzi after beginning development at the previous test.
