World of Warcraft 2024 Roadmap Unveiled: 'The War Within' Expansion Set for Late Summer

Dragonflight to receive three more updates before The War Within; Cataclysm Classic to launch in summer for WoW Classic

Blizzard has released a roadmap for World of Warcraft's 2024 content, including the launch window for the upcoming expansion 'The War Within', set to release in late summer or early autumn.
The roadmap outlines three more content updates for the current expansion, Dragonflight, before The War Within releases.
Dragonflight's Seeds of Renewal update will arrive in January, followed by a mysterious 10.2.6 patch marked by a skull and crossbones, and Dragonflight Season 4 in the spring.
World of Warcraft Classic will also see updates, with Cataclysm Classic set to launch in the summer, and a solo-self found mode for Hardcore players coming closer to the spring.
The War Within will receive one content update before the end of 2024, which will introduce new story content and WoW's 20th Anniversary event.
