World of Tanks 2.0 Goes Live With Tier XI Tanks, PvE Campaign, and Major Overhaul

Overview

  • The update adds 16 new Tier XI vehicles and debuts Operation Boiling Point, a story-driven PvE campaign set on the new Scandinavian map Nordskar.
  • Core systems are rebuilt with a redesigned hangar and UI, an upgraded matchmaker, heavier real-vehicle audio, and balance changes affecting more than 350 tanks.
  • Veteran accounts receive one fully unlocked Tier VI–X tech-tree branch plus 2,500 Gold, 15,000 Bonds, 10 million Credits, and 60 days of Premium; new accounts get two branches, three premium tanks, 6 million Credits, and 60 days of Premium.
  • Players can log in through mid-October to claim the "epic gifts," with special cosmetic recognition for collectors who already own all Tier VI–X vehicles.
  • Twitch Drops tokens are earnable through mid-October and redeemable in the 2.0 Token Store until October 20, alongside September modes including Onslaught (Sept 3–17), Last Stand: Proving Ground (Sept 10–18), and Waffenträger: Paradox (Sept 19–30).
