Africa stages a one-off mini-tournament in Rabat with Nigeria vs Gabon and Cameroon vs DR Congo, then a Sunday final to send one team to the intercontinental playoff. Asia has eight teams through, as United Arab Emirates and Iraq meet over two legs on Nov. 13 and 18 to decide the region’s intercontinental playoff representative.
