Overview

• Emergency services were called to a warehouse on Military Road just after 5:30am on Monday.
• Police said a 57-year-old man was struck by a forklift and sustained critical chest injuries.
• NSW Ambulance sent six crews, including an intensive care paramedic unit and an ambulance helicopter.
• Paramedics treated the man at the scene, but he died despite resuscitation efforts.
• NSW Police established a crime scene, notified SafeWork NSW, and will prepare a report for the coroner.
