• Jurors found Hubert guilty of two counts of attempted murder, strangulation or suffocation, and kidnapping a child under 16.
• He was acquitted of aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child aggravated by age, according to court records.
• The girl, now 15, testified that he strangled her, put a bag over her head, and threw her from the I-290 bridge into Lake Quinsigamond; she swam to shore and sought help.
