Women’s Euro Quarter-Final Delays EastEnders Ahead of July 21 Double Bill

Pre-empted for the England-Sweden match, the series will drop a double bill on iPlayer at 6am followed by episodes at 7:30pm then at 8pm on BBC One before another summer hiatus.

  • On Tuesday, July 15, the soap aired a double bill to make up for the missed broadcast, streaming early on BBC iPlayer and running two episodes back-to-back on BBC One.
  • The series will return on Monday, July 21, with another double bill dropping on iPlayer at 6am and airing at 7:30pm followed by an 8pm slot on BBC One.
  • EastEnders will be taken off air again next Wednesday for the Women’s Euro semi-final before resuming its regular Monday-Thursday 7:30pm slot on July 24.
