  • Uttar Pradesh will offer women free rides on UPSRTC and city buses from 6 AM on August 8 to midnight on August 10, with additional buses deployed to manage peak demand.
  • Haryana’s scheme covers women and children under 15 on all intra-state routes and services to Delhi and Chandigarh from noon on August 8 until midnight on August 9.
  • Rajasthan is extending free bus travel to two days for the first time, allowing women complimentary state-run rides on August 9 and 10 within the state.
  • Madhya Pradesh will provide free city bus rides in Bhopal and Indore on August 9 and credit ₹1,500 plus a ₹250 festive gift to Ladli Behna Yojana beneficiaries.
