- The 60-year-old fell about eight metres into a shaft at Empress Spring near Lake Wells on Friday afternoon.
- Her partner raised the alarm around 5pm and lowered first aid supplies, water and camp chairs to support her overnight.

- She was brought to the surface at about 5:35am Saturday and taken to Laverton Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
