Woman Raped at Knifepoint Near Coney Island Boardwalk

Two homeless men, including a migrant, have been charged in connection with the assault that left the victim hospitalized.

The attack occurred around 9 p.m. on Sunday near Surf Avenue and West 16th Street.
The 46-year-old victim was forced to the ground and raped while a second assailant struck her boyfriend.
David Davon-Bonilla, a Nicaraguan migrant, faces charges including first-degree rape and sexual abuse.
Leovando Moreno, the second assailant, has been charged with second-degree assault.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, while her boyfriend declined medical attention.
