Overview

• Police received a PCR call around 8:05 am from JJ Colony in Khyala and found 39-year-old Nusrat dead on the second floor of a house.
• The injured women, Akbari, 42, and Saniya, 20, were taken to a hospital for treatment, officials said.
• The accused was identified as Istekhar Ahmad, also known as Babbu, 49, and was handed over to officers after being caught by family members.
