Woman in Her 30s Dies at Durdle Door on Hottest Day of Season

  • Emergency services including Dorset Police, HM Coastguard crews, a coastguard helicopter, an air ambulance and Weymouth lifeboat teams responded to a medical emergency at Durdle Door beach shortly after 1.13pm on June 19.
  • A cordon was set up on the busy beach while paramedics performed CPR but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
