Woman Fatally Shot Outside Kent Pub on Valentine’s Day Identified

Lisa Smith, 43, was killed outside The Three Horseshoes in Knockholt as police continue searching for the suspect believed to have fallen from a bridge.

Police believe the suspect, who was known to the victim, fled the scene and later fell from the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge into the River Thames.
A car and firearm linked to the suspect were found near the Dartford Crossing, and specialist teams are conducting searches of the river to locate him.
Witnesses described hearing multiple gunshots, initially mistaken for fireworks, followed by panic and commotion among pub patrons and staff.
Police have stated there is no ongoing risk to the public and are providing support to the families of both the victim and the suspect.
