Woman Cleared in Swanage Care Home Deaths Investigation

A 60-year-old woman was released without charge as police continue to probe the unexplained deaths of three residents, suspected to be linked to carbon monoxide poisoning.

The deaths of two men, aged 74 and 91, and an 86-year-old woman at Gainsborough Care Home remain unexplained.
Police initially suspected carbon monoxide poisoning as the primary cause of the fatalities.
Seven other residents were hospitalized, and the care home was evacuated during the incident.
Dorset Police are collaborating with the coroner and awaiting forensic results, which could take months.
The care home, run by Agincare, has been cooperating with authorities and relocated residents for safety.
