Woman Charged with Murder in East London Stabbing

Hope Rowe, 32, faces charges for the fatal stabbing of Charlotte Lawler in Tower Hamlets

Police have identified the victim as 31-year-old Charlotte Lawler, though formal identification is pending.
Hope Rowe has also been charged with possession of a bladed article and is set to appear in court today.
A 37-year-old man arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on bail.
