Woman Charged with Manslaughter in 2021 Paddleboarding Tragedy

  • Victims Paul O'Dwyer, Andrea Powell, Morgan Rogers, and Nicola Wheatley died after becoming trapped at a river weir.
  • Four other individuals survived the incident, which prompted a comprehensive investigation by Dyfed-Powys Police.
  • Lloyd is scheduled to appear in Haverfordwest Magistrates' Court on December 3, as legal proceedings move forward.
