WNBA Toronto President Teresa Resch to Keynote at Elevate Tech Conference

Resch will discuss the rise of women's professional sports and the development of Toronto's new WNBA team.

Teresa Resch, president of Toronto's new WNBA expansion team, will speak at the Elevate tech conference on Thursday.
Resch will be joined by Jayna Hefford of the PWHL in a panel moderated by TSN's Kayla Grey.
The panel will focus on the rapid growth of women's professional sports over the past three years.
Resch is currently building her front office team, with Whitney Bell and Lisa Ferkul recently appointed as chief marketing officer and chief revenue officer, respectively.
The WNBA Toronto team is set to begin its inaugural season in 2026 at the Coca-Cola Coliseum, which will undergo renovations to support the new team.
