Cameron Brink, a rookie for the Los Angeles Sparks, shared her engagement news on Instagram with photos of the proposal in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Ben Felter, a graduate student at Stanford and former rower, surprised Brink with the proposal at the Shangri-La Paris Hotel.
The couple, who have been dating for nearly four years, first met while both were student-athletes at Stanford.
Brink's fellow WNBA stars, including Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, along with her godbrother Stephen Curry, congratulated the couple on social media.
Brink's rookie WNBA season was cut short due to an ACL injury, but she remains positive and focused on her recovery.
