The game, initially disrupted by fans throwing fireworks, was postponed and resumed the next day when Muhl was injured.
Muhl, a former UConn standout, had 11 points, 9 assists, and 3 rebounds before her injury occurred in the third quarter.
Her Seattle teammate, Gabby Williams, who played for the opposing team, was seen consoling Muhl after the incident.
Fenerbahce won the game 79-63, with Williams earning the MVP title, as concerns remain about the extent of Muhl's injury.
