• The fair’s final day on Aug. 10 was canceled because of flooding, prompting a formal exchange program for affected attendees.
• Exchanges will be handled at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Ticket Office, 7722 W. Greenfield Ave. in West Allis, from Nov. 10–15 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Eligible tickets are admission passes purchased through Etix for Aug. 10, while vendor or exhibitor tickets, complimentary passes, and contest or giveaway vouchers do not qualify.
• Parking passes, Cirque at the Fair VIP tickets, and Main Stage concert tickets were already refunded earlier this year, and SpinCity credits purchased for 2025 will carry over to 2026.
• Those unable to appear in person may request an exception in advance by contacting the Ticket Office at 414-266-7100 or ticket[email protected].
