Overview

• Officers responded around 12:30 a.m. to multiple 911 calls reporting juveniles "falling down drunk" at the Chestnut Avenue residence.
• Paramedics found a 15-year-old unconscious and took her to AdventHealth Winter Park Hospital, where she was reportedly vomiting and barely coherent.
• Investigators documented empty cans and bottles, including High Noon and Smirnoff hard seltzers, and witnesses said some uninvited minors brought alcohol in backpacks.
• Dr. Hao Nhu Tran told police she hosted about 30 teens connected to Trinity Prep, supplied food and soft drinks, saw some drinking, and denied furnishing alcohol.
• Tran faces three misdemeanors and was released on a $1,500 bond; the teen’s mother declined to press charges and told police Tran initially resisted calling 911.
