Overview
- The 33rd Buenos Aires Feria del Libro Infantil y Juvenil begins July 16 at Palacio Libertad with free admission and over 70 stands hosting 76 exhibitors.
- The formal inauguration on July 18 will feature award-winning author María Teresa Andruetto delivering the opening address in the Salón de Honor.
- Daily interactive programs run through August 3 and include the Rincón de Narradores storytelling corner, illustration workshops and theater performances.
- Mar del Plata’s Torreón del Monje fair runs from July 18 to August 2 with free daily sessions from 11 am to 7 pm and a dedicated afternoon storytelling hour.
- Three new animated mascots—Lili the hornero, Lolo the capybara and Lina the jaguar—designed by Nehuén Costa will accompany children throughout both fairs.
