Winnipeg Police Charge Fourth Person in Shelby Hayward Homicide

Katrina Musawagon was charged with first-degree murder at the Winnipeg Remand Centre, raising the number of suspects to four in an investigation still seeking answers.

  • Officers arrested 32-year-old Katrina Musawagon at the Winnipeg Remand Centre, where she had been detained on unrelated charges, and formally charged her with first-degree murder.
  • Tamara Gayle Moneyas, Vincent Charles Fontaine and Taylor Lena Ray Moose were arrested in September and October 2024 and each face first-degree murder charges.
