Overview
- The all-white player dress code allows a single color trim no wider than one centimeter on collars and sleeves and extends to shirts, shorts, shoes and undergarments.
- Spectators must dress smartly in garden-party style with no jeans, T-shirts, shorts, logos or political slogans and guests in the Royal Box are required to wear a suit and tie or formal dresses.
- Court etiquette rules require silence during rallies, entry and exit only at changeovers or between matches, and phones must be on silent with no flash photography.
- Players must be at least 14 to compete under the WTA Age Eligibility Rule with entry limits that gradually increase as they age.
- Prohibited items include selfie sticks, oversized hats, wheeled footwear and large flags, and spectators may bring one 750 ml bottle of wine or two 500 ml cans of beer in approved non-glass containers.
