Tickets for the July 4th event go on sale to the general public on March 29, with presales for Club Luck members and Citi cardholders starting earlier.
The picnic is part of a busy summer for Nelson, including the release of his new album 'The Border' on May 31 and the start of his Outlaw Music Festival Tour on June 21.
