- At the National Memorial Arboretum, the Princess of Wales observes the two‑minute silence at 11:00, lays a wreath at the Armed Forces Memorial, views newly dedicated names, and meets veterans.
- A specially commissioned poem, A Sonnet For Us All by poet in residence Arji Manuelpillai, is included in the service to highlight bonds formed through military service.
- First‑hand testimonies feature centenarian WWII veterans George Durrant and Prince Albert Jacob, and later a Windsor Castle reception is scheduled to honour Pacific theatre veterans.
