Wilco to Release 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of 'A Ghost Is Born'

The expanded reissue, arriving February 7, 2025, will include 65 unreleased tracks, a 2004 concert recording, and a 48-page book.

Wilco's 2004 Grammy-winning album 'A Ghost Is Born' will be reissued in a deluxe edition to mark its 20th anniversary.
The reissue will feature 65 unreleased recordings, including alternate takes, demos, and outtakes, alongside a live concert from Boston's Wang Center in 2004.
Available in both nine-CD and nine-LP/four-CD formats, the package also includes a hardcover book with liner notes by Bob Mehr and previously unpublished photos.
Jeff Tweedy described the album as deeply personal, reflecting his struggles with mental health and addiction during its creation.
The band has released an alternate version of 'Handshake Drugs' from the reissue, recorded in 2003 at New York's Sear Sound studio.
