Widow of Real Estate Mogul Brandon Miller Sued for $195K in Unpaid NYC Rent

Candice Miller faces legal action over unpaid rent following her husband's suicide and mounting financial troubles.

Candice Miller, former lifestyle blogger and Hamptons socialite, is being sued for nearly $200,000 in unpaid rent for a luxury Park Avenue condo.
The lawsuit, filed on September 12, claims Miller failed to pay rent from April to July 2024, as well as additional fees for plumbing work.
Brandon Miller, Candice's husband and a real estate developer, died by suicide in July, leaving behind significant debts estimated at $34 million.
Following her husband's death, Candice relocated to Miami with her two daughters, relying on support from wealthy friends.
In addition to the rent lawsuit, Candice faces other financial challenges, including an $800,000 mortgage lawsuit and the repossession of the family yacht, 'MillerTime.'
