Whoopi Goldberg and Sara Haines Recreate Iconic 'Ghost' Scene on 'The View'

The co-hosts performed the famous pottery scene to the tune of 'Unchained Melody', sparking laughter from the audience.

Whoopi Goldberg and Sara Haines recreated the iconic pottery scene from the 1990 film 'Ghost' during a holiday gift segment on 'The View'.
Goldberg, who won an Oscar for her portrayal in 'Ghost', and Haines used a motorized pottery wheel and performed to the tune of 'Unchained Melody', the song that plays during the original scene.
The lights were dimmed on set and the audience responded with laughter, with Goldberg stating, 'We had to do it. You knew that was going to happen.'
This is not the first time Goldberg has referenced 'Ghost' on 'The View', having quoted a line from the film during a November episode discussing the 2024 presidential election.
'Ghost' was also mentioned on the show in May when guest Michael J. Fox revealed he had turned down a role in the movie.
