- The league found Swift Current’s Dean DeSilva breached standards during an Oct. 24 game in Prince Albert and an Oct. 27 practice, with a suspension that began Nov. 5 now fully served and he is eligible to return.
- Lethbridge GM Peter Anholt was found to have used intimidating behavior and language in an Oct. 29 dressing-room address after a loss to Edmonton and is suspended Nov. 14–25, eligible to return Nov. 26.
- Hurricanes senior advisor Barclay Parneta will handle general manager duties during Anholt’s suspension.
- Both clubs were fined $10,000, and the WHL said each case originated from reports to the confidential 1-800 WHL Respect Line.
